General Duties
Typical duties for the office manager include conducting check-ins with fellow employees, taking calls and detailed notes, overseeing the use of office supplies, managing payroll, planning events and supervising visitors.
The office manager will be expected to step in to cover other non-clinical roles when required, typically short interim cover.
Essential Functions:
- To manage the CIRP team and CIRP daily operations.
- Provide leadership and create a high performing team.
- Recruit new team members.
- To coach and mentor direct reports and the team to foster personal growth and teamwork, ensure that CIRP is fully resourced to meet the business objectives.
- Take accountability for the program and outcomes.
- To assist Bookkeeping role in administrative tasks
Salary:
$40.00-$45.00 per hour
