Fort Erie, ON.



Essential Job Functions:


  • Assist in managing assets, including but not limited to vehicles, forklifts, racking, and facilities.
  • Assist in managing inventory parameters, ensuring the correct levels of the correct products are on the shelves.
  • Reporting and data analysis with respect to operational performance.
  • Manage cycle counts for the organization. Including but not limited to, setup, scheduling, review completion, and out of tolerance investigation and approval.
  • Price list management, including ownership of the general pricelists and assistance in managing customer specific price lists.
  • Low margin review and communication to the sales team.
  • ERP processing issue investigation/troubleshooting for the distribution team.
  • Oversight and management of open sales orders. Including followup with branch leaders.
  • Assist in new branch set up procedures, including inventory, utilities, licensing and other regulatory needs
  • Assist in renewal of branch regulatory documents
  • Gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the ERP system, specifically gaining knowledge on the various modules of the system and how they interact
  • Process owner for new product release, review and analysis

Education and Work Experience:


  • Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and judgement
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills, and decision making.
  • Knowledge of computers and ERP systems.
  • Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork at all times.
  • Displays a professional image.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding company expectations, goals and objectives.
  • Ability to keep Company information in strict confidence and adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times.

Salary:
$48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
