As a Business Analyst - Endpoints Solutions, your mission is to provide and gather different business needs, implementing new features and functionalities on endpoints.

As a key member of the IT infrastructure group, you will play a vital role in structuring, growing, and adapting the continuously evolving endpoints environment, supporting global operations.

Your Role & Main Responsibilities:

Work closely with various business departments and IT teams to gather requirements on a business level.
Collaborate with IT teams to propose solutions tailored to business needs.
Contribute to the evolution of solutions provided for endpoints.
Engage with the latest and greatest technologies available on the market.
Develop, document, plan, structure, and lead initiatives to enhance endpoint solutions.

Requirements:

Knowledge of cloud administration, with experience in Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies and processes.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
