Title: Associate Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research

Location: Canada – Remote

Compensation: CAD $130,000 - $140,000

An independent Canadian consultancy specializing in epidemiology and health economics is expanding its quantitative evidence synthesis team, hiring an Associate Director of HE&OR. Dedicated to providing tailored solutions, the agency acts as a true partner for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Acting as a project manager for the design and execution of Network Meta-Analyses (NME), Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparisons (MAIC), Population Adjusted Indirect Comparisons, etc., informing global HTA submittals and more.
• Drafting protocols, technical reports, statistical analysis plans, slide decks, and more.
• Overseeing statisticians in the execution of quantitative evidence synthesis, feasibility assessments, etc.
• Implementation of systemic literature reviews, literature searches in varied databases.
• Mentoring junior staff and acting as a direct line manager as appropriate.

Skills, Qualifications, & Education:

• PhD or MS/MPH in Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related
• 4+ years of professional experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, or related/equivalent
• Experience in the design and conducting of Network Meta Analyses (NMEs), Matching-Adjusted Indirect Comparisons (MAIC) and other indirect treatment comparisons
