Job summary
We are seeking an Account Reconciliation Specialist to work closely with operations, leasing, and finance partners. The goal is to provide end-to-end support in the accurate treatment, administration, and recovery of all site-level expenses across our portfolio.Responsibilities
- Oversee processing and reporting of third-party Common Area Maintenance (CAM) monthly and annual expenses.
- Approve prepaid utilities expenses processed by Accounts Payable and ensure accurate coding.
