Dispatcher - Hamilton, Canada - NAPA Auto Parts

Description

Our NAPA team is expanding We are looking for a dispatcher to join our instore operation.

In this key role, you will:

• Plan efficient driving routes and assign deliveries to drivers based on location and priority
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams to provide updates on delivery status
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquires and concerns promptly
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment
• Pick and pack orders - find ordered parts in store inventory and prepare order for shipment

This position pays between $19.15 and $21.05 per hour (depending on experience) plus benefits, paid time off, and many other great benefits

To join our team, you need:

• Automotive aftermarket parts and supply background and/or knowledge is an asset
• Ability to use a computer
• Previous dispatching experience is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
