- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a construction crew.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
