- Assess the condition of automotive glass and determine the appropriate repair
- Repair minor damages such as chips and cracks using specialized tools and techniques
- Replace damaged or broken windshields, side windows, rear windows, and sunroofs
- Perform calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after windshield replacement
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling and installing automotive glass
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new repair techniques
