Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated Branch Manager to join our Edmonton Branch location.

The Branch Manager is responsible for building a winning team that serves our customers and clients to the highest standards so that Truck Zone can increase customer satisfaction, brand equity and reputation.

They shall direct and manage all branch activities in order to achieve excellence in specific goals, targets and growth; upholding the branches rate of return of a 10% margin or higher.

Investing time and money in our company personnel to ensure high retention rates, team development, and qualified applicants while maintaining a healthy cash flow.

Role Requirements

Must have previous industry experience.
5 to 7 years of related managerial experience in service/parts management including leadership, issue management, motivation and team building preferred
Knowledge of market preferences, competition, regulations and trends
Understands sales and operations planning process, demand forecasting and supply plans to achieve targets.
The ability to conduct and reside over corporate meetings.
Financial literacy.
The ability to delegate, set expectations and monitor progress of all direct reports.
The individual takes responsibility for subordinates' activities, makes selfavailable to staff, provides regular performance feedback, develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth
Great attitude and moldable
Excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills

$110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
