Description
Mandate:
Reporting to the department Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting and attending to visitors as well as dealing with inquiries over the phone and in person.
The Receptionist is also responsible for daily administrative tasks such as receiving & sorting mail, distributing incoming faxes, collecting & organizing invoices, and other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of corporate receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
