BBE is a growing and highly service orientated logistics & brokerage provider is looking for 1 permanent, full time, "International Logistics Coordinator" to join their team in Edmonton.


Responsibilities & Duties
Controlling complete file administration for all files areas as directed by direct supervisor for the Company's activities.


Including, but not limited to:
file opening, estimations, invoicing, closings and archiving and accounts receivable

  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures for all vendors, resolve workrelated issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and coordinate activities with all supply chain vendor or worldwide agents.
  • Developing and maintaining client, vendor and agent relationships
  • Maintain the highest level of Customer Services at all times which includes customer retention, customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Participate in the development of the Company's operational system
  • Define, optimize, implement and maintain area standard operational processes in line with the Company's operations
  • Provide proactive insights based on customer operational data that will assist the client and business success
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to you by Management at any given time

Qualifications:


  • Experience in international freight forwarding

  • Strong multitasking skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong PC skills
  • Professional oral and written communication
  • Strong work ethic and prioritization skills
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detailoriented, organized and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Forwardthinking vision and a demonstrated interest in using IT resource to support business goals
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong desire to become part of a growing team

Formal education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
  • CIFFA programs (preferred)
