Job summary
Contributes to the overall success of the Managed Portfolio Program / Investment & Advisory Solutions / Scotia Wealth Management in Canada ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed delivered in support of the team s business strategies objectives Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations internal policies procedures Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships leverage broader Bank relationships systems knowledge Contribute to day-to-day operations by reviewing Investment Policy Statements IPS ensuring KYC program suitability Manage compliance to program policies by organizing communication tracking IPS violations until closure Act as main point contact for all administrative requests MPP including policy clarification general program information rejected account information Conduct appropriate inquiries investigations ensures that appropriate corrective actions risk mitigation actions implemented timely manner escalated Understand how Bank s risk appetite risk culture should considered day-to-day activities decisions Actively pursues effective efficient operations respective areas accordance Scotiabank Values Code Conduct Global Sales Principles while ensuring adequacy adherence effectiveness day-to-day business controls meet obligations respect operational compliance AML ATF sanctions conduct risk Champions high-performance environment contributes inclusive work environment
