We are in search of a Guest Service Agent

This a part time position with opportunity for full time hours.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Guest Service Agent greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, expected to meet the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre high standards of quality and service.


REPORTS TO:
Guest Service Manager


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Greet guests & provide a warm welcome.
  • Be involved in every aspect of our Guest's experience from check in/out, reservations and settling guest accounts.
  • Create a memorable arrival and departure experience.
  • Personalize service, anticipating our guests needs.
  • Turn challenges into opportunities with innovative and creative problemsolving.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Customer Centric approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think independently, possess good judgment, proven problemsolving skills and effective decisionmaking skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Mandatory Vaccination policy

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00 per hour
