General Labourer

Job Summary - Full time - Permanent
The laborer is required to ensure the safe, efficient operations, cleaning of and running machine(s). Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and equipment. Moving raw materials and finished metal products. Loading and unloading vehicles and grind or chip excess metal from metal products.


Job Duties

• Operating metal shearing, punching and bending machinery

- handling of raw materials and finished metal products

• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Attention to safety and quality
• Team player

- complete quality checks
- participate in training, improvement initiatives including health and safety

• Adhere to all workplace safety policies
• Fork lift experience (asset)

Requirements:

• Completion of high school or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Highly punctual
