Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Kitchen Operations to lead and oversee kitchen systems in our restaurants.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a deep understanding of food safety, kitchen systems and team management.
Responsibilities
- Build, document and maintain standard operating systems for kitchens and workflows (open/close, prep flow, service readiness cleaning handoffs)
- Ensuring systems are simple teachable consistently followed
- Own kitchen training in the kitchens role-specific training clear expectations onboarding task management Partnering with Culinary Director to ensure operational systems support menu execution identifying bottlenecks or breakdowns operations proactively improving systems Ensuring clear system run shifts menu execution
