Your responsibilities will include:

Partner with the Sales, Brand and Communications, and teams to build and scale the Growth Marketing function to drive revenue and digital awareness.
Design, plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns in line with company objectives in collaboration with an external agency.
Measure, evaluate, and iterate campaigns based on their performance.
Manage SEM, SEO and Paid Social; including budgeting, reporting, and handson platform management.
Set strategy for our paid marketing initiatives to achieve our revenue and traction goals working closely with the sales department.
Forecast, analyze, measure, and report on the impact of growth marketing activities on sales and other conversion metrics.

What we're looking for:

5+ years experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing roles.
Demonstrated experience growing revenue via performance marketing within a fastgrowing B2B technology company.
Extensive experience with digital marketing including performance marketing strategy, digital design, campaigns and reporting.
Expertise in building a content calendar.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Highly driven, organized selfstarter with the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset).
Experience with ESG reporting or sustainability (an asset).
