We offer long-term care and respite services, providing a home style, hoslistic care to all seniors.

Resident Care Associate

Duties:

Provide care services to residents, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate staff members
Assist with medication reminders and administration, following proper protocols
Engage in meaningful interactions with residents, promoting socialization and companionship

Skills:

Compassionate and caring attitude towards elderly individuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Patience and understanding when dealing with residents who may have physical or cognitive limitations
