    What is the opportunity?
    The Access Control Team within Business Technology is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our team. You will be managing user's identities while provisioning access to corporate applications and information in compliance with RBC security standards, guidelines and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to and be part of a team that is maturing and becoming globalized.

    What will you do?

    • Analyzing and fulfilling corporate identity and access requests.
    • Analyzing and translating user requirements to ensure appropriate access is provided to systems, applications and corporate information.
    • Managing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment while accepting escalations through our escalation process.
    • Contributing to ongoing improvements to workflows/processes while identifying gaps and automation opportunities.
    • Maintaining and updating Access Control Access Policies, Documentation, and Staff Lists
    • Contributing the implementation of new access models for new applications.
    • Contribute to audits, access reviews and the IT Risk Team as needed
    • Support the globalization of the Access Control Team

    What do you need to succeed?

    Must Have

    • Proficient with Active Directory
    • Proficient with permissions management in SharePoint and NAS
    • Strong planning, time management and documentation skills
    • Solid writing, communications and interpersonal skills, plus experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills

    Nice to Have

    • Beginner to intermediate PowerShell
    • Microsoft Visio 2010 or higher
    • Microsoft Certification
    • Automation Experience
