Safety - Drivers have the Right to Decide and assess the situation to determine if it's safe to drive

Equipment - Bison tractors are on average under two years old; three years for trailers

Compensation - Safe mile bonus paid quarterly, regional premiums, fuel subsidy, benefits and more

Position Profile:

Edmonton City deliveries with intraAlberta work as needed
Sunday to Thursday 2100 to 2300 start, start time and shift length will vary
Some days might be strictly city and intraAlberta depending on customer requirements
Some Driver loading and unloading as required (hand bomb freight). Must be able to lift 75 lb. or more
Hours and days of work might change from time to time according to operational demands
Operation of a powerjack with training required
Additional work might be available upon request
Edmonton City JPC contract applies
Owneroperator with tractortrailer experience
Tractor must have a working DEF system
Must have experience with reefer trailers
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to haul all commodities; including meat and alcohol
Valid Class 1/AZ Licence is required
Reliable, flexible and punctual
Strong communication skills
Values safety
