Position:
Production Manager
As our Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our production processes and ensuring that our products meet and exceed the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Inspire and lead a skilled team of production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements in the production process.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the highest level of product quality in colloboration with Quality team leader.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of production strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain seamless production flow.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the automotive or suspension industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
