About the Role

With a passion for service towards seniors, the site manager is accountable for the provision of outstanding support and services that promote overall quality of life for tenant/residents.

Under the leadership of the Director of Housing, you will be accountable for the day to day operation of Sundance on the green (99-suite Life Lease independent adult community).

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the site which includes ensuring excellent relations with tenants, building owners, Bethany employees and others, maintaining building occupancy including managing the move in and out processes, overseeing building revenue and expenses, operating within approved budget, ensuring high quality maintenance and repair services of property through direct supervision of the site's maintenance personnel and actively participating in department team initiatives.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the overall day to day operation of a 99 suite independent seniors life lease and rental property
You will develop and maintain congenial relationships with current and prospective tenant/residents, families, employees, and community agencies
You will promote service excellence through the planning and implementation of tenant/resident focused services which enables seniors to age well within the community
You will maintain optimal occupancy levels which meet or exceed established occupancy targets
You will maintain a safe environment for tenants and residents, the team, and self by understanding and adhering to safety guidelines and practices at all times

What You Bring:

Minimum five years progressive experience within the field of property management preferably with subsidized or affordable housing operations
Two years experience with senior populations
Professional designation (ARM, CPM) preferred
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated customer service abilities
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Financialtenant building programs
Empathetic and caring interpersonal customer service skills
