Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reflex Integrated Inc. is a leading Canadian-based IT service provider. We provide end-to-end IT solutions to support existing and growing business needs for clients across North America.

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is looking for a skilled Human Resource professional to join our team in our Toronto office.


As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be assisting the HR Department and will be responsible for supporting in a variety of areas, including recruitment, onboarding, and administration.

You are someone who has a strong interest in recruitment and developing and progressing in the area of talent acquisition and human resources in general.

We are looking for someone that thrives in working within mínimal supervision as you are expected to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent management: partner with the hiring manager along the entire hiring process.
  • Onboarding processes support and organize employee onboarding documentation, verifications, and offboarding
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Supports daytoday activities on the full range of human resourcesrelated tasks

Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree/Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent education
  • 2 + years of experience in IT Recruitment with a focus on technical hiring initiatives
  • Experience of working experience with Health and Safety policies, procedures is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment and related legislation (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Employment Standards Act), equity principles, and sound human resources practices
  • Solid experience with a broad range of HR processes, applicable legislative understanding
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
  • Handson experience with HRIS management tools
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills
  • Ability to work with people (clients and internal staff) professionally.
  • Ability to support employees tactfully and effectively.
  • Selfmotivated mindset to drive results
  • Openminded, team player, with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Fluency in French is an asset
