Description
A group of companies headquartered in Coquitlam, BC and Abbotsford, BC. is looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to work from our Coquitlam office and Abbotsford office. We are a group of companies of two service companies and one wholesale company.

The main responsibilities for this role are as follow:

  • Process full-cycle accounts receivable
  • Process fullcycle accounts payable
  • Conduct bank reconciliation
  • Process recurring transactions and recording to accounting systems
  • Prepare interim financial statements
  • GST/PST/Tax Remittances and WorksafeBC calculation and remittances
  • Monitor cost and sell price on timely manner
  • Provide support in administration tasks as required
  • Assist in improving inventory system

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in bookkeeping process
  • Familiar using Sage Accounting program
  • Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines
  • Attention to detail and always see an opportunity to make workflow more efficient

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
