The Opportunity

In this exciting brand-new position, you will manage Intrepid's remuneration and benefits programs to deliver specialist remuneration support across the business and work collaboratively as part of a Global People team.

Your core responsibility will be to plan, develop, implement, and govern Intrepid's global approach to remuneration, rewards and benefits.

Ideally, you'll bring with you experience in some of the following:

5+ years' experience in a specialist remuneration, benefits, or in a HR capacity.
Demonstrated ability to execute groupwide projects (e.g. remuneration review)
Knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefit practices, employment taxes, legislation, and market practice (Global or multijurisdictional experience advantageous)
Knowledge and experience in remuneration and benefit design, theory, methodology, best practice, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
Hay methodology & KornFerry experience would be advantageous.

You'll have strong consulting, negotiating, and facilitation skills as well as the proven ability to be analytical and handle data effectively.
