- Perform ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) assessments and develop a roadmap for enhancements and stabilization
- Identify opportunities for improving the quality of data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Troubleshoot and debug existing CMDB interfaces and improve them
- Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and provide status updates
- Create ServiceNow epics and stories
- Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements throughout the development lifecycle
- Report on development work progress
- Ensure smooth transition from development to operation by working with the support team
- Provide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the project
- Other related activities and deliverables as required
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow CMDB
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations.
- University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field
