The incumbent will be responsible for invoicing the sales of TDC's external agents as well as assisting them and following up on balances payable/receivable.


Responsibilities

  • Perform sales invoicing and followup on Payable/Receivable balances.
  • Manage with rigor and diligence the invoices to be made, ensure that all taxes are broken down.
  • Notify Finance of any noncompliance with accounting standards.
  • All other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years' experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Consul PC (PC Voyages WEB)
  • Accounting diploma, an asset
  • Good knowledge of taxes in each province.
  • Working knowledge of English, French spoken and written
  • Autonomous, detail oriented and must have initiative
  • Must respect timelines and be able to manage priorities
  • Team player and must be able to multitask
