Sr. Workday Developer (6-12 month Contractor role) - Vancouver

Job summary
As Sr Workday developer you ll own the hands on configuration and development of solutions on the Workday HCM platform You re work closely with HR Business Partners Finance IT and Systems Analysts to translate complex business requirements into robust scalable and high quality functional designs and integrationsLead the implementation of complex integrations with third party systems Benefits Identity Management etc using EIB Core Connectors and Workday Studio Develop customize complex Business Processes BPs within Workday Core HCM Payroll Compensation to support the entire employee lifecycle hire to retire Partner with HR Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into well architected technical solutions advanced reports Manage bi annual Workday Feature Releases analyzing release notes coordinating regression testing ensure platform stability Troubleshoot resolve production issues performing root cause analysis c maintaining platform health Mentor stakeholders provide technical guidance on Workday best practices ensuring data governance security compliance Skills you bring Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources or related field 7+ years hands on Workdays Techno Functional experience proven track record configuring complex HCM processes building integrations Proven expertise in depth for required areas Expertise XML XSLT APIs SOAP REST for building system integration Active Certifications as per mentioned requirement Additional certifications are strong plus For this position target base salary range posted below ranges determined role level location Target range displayed new hire salaries position individual pay work location factors job related skills experience relevant education training Your recruiter share more specific salary range preferred location hiring process Please note compensation details British Columbia reflect base salary do not include bonus equity benefits
