Description

Production Coordinator (for 360° Photography Production)

Company Summary
At VRIFY, we produce interactive 3D and 360° presentations for the mining industry.

Our platform translates tough to digest data into 3D models and international site visits of mining projects into virtual tours.

Our users represent two sides of a marketplace; companies - who are our clients - as well as investors.

We are currently looking for a highly-motivated, organized and personable Production Coordinator to support the production of our international 360° photography shoots.

We are also open to hearing from anyone with producing experience who might want to work in a coordinator capacity.

This is a remote role, open to applicants across British Columbia or those living in Canada who are prepared to work PST hours.

About This Role

As a Production Coordinator you will be reporting into the Senior Producer, joining our small team in the Production department at our fast-growing tech company.

This role is client-facing and requires confidence, enthusiasm, personability, a detail-oriented eye and high self-motivation. Knowledge of 360° Photography and the mining industry is a bonus, but not essential. First and foremost, you should be an experienced production team member with a can-do attitude.

You may have a background in Photography, Film, TV, Branded Content, Music Videos or Commercials.

On a daily basis you will be expected to juggle the logistics and planning of upcoming shoots, alongside trouble-shooting any problems that arise on shoots currently happening.

Exhibiting initiative in keeping production moving is a fundamental factor to the role's success.

This role is remote. It's imperative to be highly capable, self-motivated and successful in working remotely.

Neither the producer or Production Coordinator are on location so being at the end of the phone to trouble-shoot with our photographer's on the ground is essential.

Normal office hours with occasional client meeting's taken place outside of these hours due to dealing with international time zones.

We've maintained a track record of making every shoot happen, no matter the time frame and are looking for someone who help keep this record running
