CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR/MARKETING COORDINATOR (Surrey)

Pacific Quorum Properties offers Strata, Commercial and Rental Management services across B.C. from our 14 office locations. We are looking for a Rockstar
Corporate Administrator/Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will provide corporate support to the management team and take our online presence to the next level


MARKETING SIDE:


  • You will be our goto person for marketing initiatives
  • Social Media posts / stories
  • Website development & updated
  • SEO and Google Adwords management
  • Brochure / proposal design & updates
  • Staff communications: Newsletters, internal staff announcements,
  • Champion for our CORE VALUES and bringing a positive outlook and FUN to the workplace

CORPORATE ADMIN SIDE:


  • Work hard and play hard You will be part of a highachieving, fastmoving corporate team, juggling different priorities and action items every day. You will have an assigned daily todo list, but also experience a lot of variety and new projects.
  • Assisting with corporate initiatives everything from conducting research, preparing spreadsheets of information, creating proposals and presentations, and assisting management to carry out exciting strategic projects
  • Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, meeting agendas
  • Assisting with corporate events and travel requirements

ABOUT YOU:


  • You have at least 2 year of administrative experience (rockstar with Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You are trained in SEO and Google Adwords management
  • You are creative and easily develop eyecatching content for social media
  • You have keen attention to detail, and very rarely make typos
  • You take initiative, jump between tasks quickly and effectively, and have a desire to make a difference
  • You pride yourself on being organized and use checklists, agendas and/or Outlook to stay organized
  • You look for solutions before coming to your supervisor
  • You enjoy variety in your day and thrive in a fastpaced work environment
  • You are able to juggle many different priorities coming at you, always keeping a smile on your face
  • You want to grow with a company and strive for advancement
  • You are reliable, arrive on time, and put in the time to complete priorities

This position is full-time from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, based in our Surrey office located at th Avenue._


Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
