Within this position, you would be responsible for reviewing the requirements of our internal and external clients and designing and implementing technology solutions to meet those needs.

You will be responsible for developing project plans and ensuring implementations are completed on-time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

You may be involved in product demonstrations or aid in scoping projects or developing proposals.


Objectives and Key Results

  • Develop detailed functional and business requirements specifications
  • Liaise between business units, endusers, technology teams, and support teams
  • Maintain and expand documentation on all systems configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Gather and manage technical and functional requirements through clear and precise documentation.
  • Collaborate with appropriate business units and production team members to understand capabilities and limitations.
  • Build and maintain reports using data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI to explore the performance of the project and business.
  • Ensure internal and external client needs are correctly interpreted and translate into the final product

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline and a minimum five years of related experience in implementing third party business solutions or developing inhouse built solutions, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience with the Agile Methodology and the iterative approach to solution development.
  • Experience in quality improvement tools, techniques and methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies, processes, standards and policies;
  • Good understanding of Project Management and Organizational Change Management principles, methods and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to write effectively, organize and maintain the body of project documentation, prepare status reports, prepare effective presentations and summaries.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of systems development methodologies, system analysis concepts, techniques, and tools
  • Able to conduct online and facetoface solution configuration and training services for clients
- bility to exercise sound judgement, discretion and tact in dealing with confidential matters

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to reconcile differing perspectives, develop consensus, and secure cooperation and support from both customers and team members.

Job Types:
