Jungle Gym/ LVX is a quickly growing Gymnastics club in Sudbury, Ontario.

As an assistant manager, we hope that you share the same passion for gymnastics as we do You will work closely with the recreational director and general manager to help provide quality gymnastics to our community.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prep and planning for the recreational programs including, youth, trampoline, preteens and advanced classes with the recreational director.
  • Helping relay any issues, we currently have in the recreational program to our recreational director, general manager and owner.
  • Helping to follow up with coaches if there were any issues in their class.
  • Helping deal with parent complaints/ recreational directed questions.
  • All Jungle Gym social media including the direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Check etransfers and update invoicing.
  • Checking all unpaid invoices and resend anything unpaid.
  • Proofing new programs and seasons for errors.
  • Helping the General Manager input programs into uplifter.
  • Communicate any issues we are having with uplifter with the general manager.
  • Proofing all the report cards and testing sheets from coaches.
  • Check birthday parties' invoices and bookings. Confirm with coaches for the upcoming weekend. Any cancelations or switches that are not on the calendar.
  • Help organize bigger events such as the mini meet and Sudbury ROCKS EXPO.
  • Check in on cleaning at the end of the night.
  • On call and in charge of the facility when the General Manager and Owner are out of town, along with the Recreational Director.
Store Manager


Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Administrative skills for maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing paperwork.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating discounts, and managing budgets.

$18.50 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
