Position:
Aesthetics Academy Instructor

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, client relations, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation, collaboration, and skill development.
Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, helping them refine their techniques, hone their creativity, and achieve their full potential.
Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with students, colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Stay abreast of current trends, innovations, and developments in the beauty and aesthetics industry, continuously enhancing your own skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other instructors and academy staff to enhance curriculum, develop new programs, and support the overall mission and objectives of [Aesthetics Academy].

Qualifications:

Certified beauty professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Proven track record of excellence in salon management, including scheduling, inventory control, and client relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
Commitment to upholding professional standards and fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous learning.
Valid instructor certification or willingness to obtain certification as required by regulatory authorities.
