Job Title:
Sales, Service Marketing Manager - Health Systems (Hybrid, Mississauga)


In this role you will bring your expertise to help the Service Account Managers develop and utilize strategic value selling of the service solutions, provide technical support & presentations and bring appropriate field resources together to solve any implementation issues with a "Customer First" approach.

You will bring market insights back to the business to ensure feedback is being incorporated into the overall business strategy.


Your role:


  • Point of contact and "go to" resource for sales teams prequote and postsales support.
  • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities.
  • Obtaining market insights from the field, detect business opportunities, and support the SAM's in chasing sales opportunities.
  • Increase the expertise and motivation of the Service Account Managers by providing relevant and uptodate information about the products and competition.
  • Support the service presence for customer facing events to generate new leads/prospects, in order to maintain good insight in the market and be able to optimize the support.
  • Facilitate communication to leadership about the market requirements and developments within Canada, and help lead the formulation of the marketing and strategic plans for service sales and marketing.

You're the right fit if:


  • You have a bachelors Degree or Relevant Experience
  • Experience with Marketing and Sales Support and/or direct sales
  • Commitment to a "Customer First" attitude with outstanding customer service
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce
  • Polished oral and written skills as well as the ability to present
  • Experience with being a change agent and comfortable with ambiguity
The pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
