Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

This is an entry-level position in the hospitality industry, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with food preparation as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar food service environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
