RESPONSABILITÉS:


  • Gestion des agendas partagés (prise de rendezvous et suivi du registre de disponibilité des salles de conférence)
  • Optimisation de la saisie des heures de travail pour le traitement de la paie
  • Organisation des déplacements (réservations d'hôtel et de transport)
  • Transmission des rapports aux participants des réunions via les outils de communication officiels du projet Achats et commandes de fournitures de bureau
  • Tâches administratives de l'équipe (prise de notes, gestion du courrier, classement et archivage)
  • Gestion des notes de frais Mise en place de méthodes et d'outils correspondant à ses activités.

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ:


  • Diplôme en administration ou dans un domaine pertinent
  • Expérience administrative dans un domaine technique
  • Connaissance de la gestion documentaire
  • Maîtrise des outils de bureau (traitement de texte, tableur, PowerPoint...)
  • Autres compétences
  • Bonne coordination et communication
  • Rigueur et organisation.
  • Bon esprit de synthèse
  • Dynamique et autonome
  • Curieux(se) Esprit d'équipe
  • Français obligatoire et anglais intermédiaire

LIEU DE TRAVAIL:


  • Brossard
  • Mode hybride 2 jours à domicile, 3 jours au bureau

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Management of shared agendas (making appointments and monitoring the availability register of conference rooms)
  • Streamlining Time Reporting for Payroll Processing
  • Travel arrangements (hotel and transport reservations)
  • Transmission of reports to meeting participants through official project communication tools
  • Purchases and orders office supplies
  • Administrative tasks of the team (note taking, mail entry, filing and archiving)
  • Expense report management
  • Implement methods and tools that correspond to its activities.

DESIRED PROFILE:


  • Degree in administration or other relevant field
  • Administrative experience in a technical field
  • Knowledge of document management
  • Knowledge of office tools (word processing, spreadsheet, PowerPoint...)
  • Other skills
