What You'll be doing:


  • Oversee TikTal's financial data & compliance
  • Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries & reconciliations
  • Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
  • Documenting transaction details
  • Factchecking accounting data
  • Notify senior staff of any errors

Requirements:


  • Expert with QuickBooks
  • 2 years proven record in bookkeeping
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Numeracy accuracy and diligence.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Patience and dedication.
