About the Role:

You will work cross-functionally with other teams (i.e. Support, Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) to lead high impact initiatives that can scale new lines of business across the US & Canada while offering ownership and autonomy over your work as we exponentially grow this new arm of the Uber Eats business.

What You'll Do:

Analyze sophisticated data, build models, and aggregate insights to drive key business decisions and policies
Proactively scope insightsdriven projects to help grow our merchant/earner/consumer base; take accountability for project outcomes, ensure delivery on metrics, & keep others informed of progress
Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to track business performance; report findings to leadership to define longterm strategy and decisionmaking
Develop tools and training to enable local teams to optimize our investments, marketplace, and most valuable partnerships

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of work experience in a related field (consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking), or 1+ years of experience with a relevant Masters degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and ambiguous environment
Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. SQL proficiency strongly preferred. Python a plus.
Experience problem solving and proposing unique solutions to complex issues
Strong experience building and executing complex processes
Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills building deep, trustbased relationships with territory and cross functional teams
Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
