Role Description:
The Tim Hortons Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution and delivery of all operational performance objectives resulting in guest satisfaction.
You empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business. You are responsible for ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security.You will plan and work to budget, maximize profits and achieve sales and transaction targets, and control Food/Paper/Labour costs in the restaurant.
You will be responsible for recruiting new team members, performance management, including training and developing new and existing team members.
Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
