Job Purpose:


The Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for providing general administrative support to the department by supporting EDI event planning, assisting in communication, coordinating data for reporting, and providing fresh and innovative ideas to all team initiatives.


  • The successful incumbent will also be providing support in the coordination and administration of diversity, antiracism policies, programs and initiatives and reviewing and processing highly confidential and sensitive information.

What You Will Do:


  • Enhance the organizational culture by assisting the Inclusion Team to ensure that the fundamentals of diversity, equity and inclusion are integrated into processes and programs.
  • Provides administrative support on projects within the Inclusion team including handling procurement process and yearly calendar of events (list not inclusive).
  • Assist with maintenance of EDI Dashboard to support with the monitoring of workplans and departmental strategic plan to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion.
  • Report and construct presentation on overall progress of the EDI Learning Journey for Executive Management Team (EMT), Senior Management Team (SMT) and Board updates and handle all feedback compilation on behalf of EDI Office.
  • Coordinates the communication and implementation of the EDI Learning Journey.
  • Assist with demographic survey analytics, including tracking metrics, generating reporting for various audience to highlight trends and demonstrate impact of D&I programs and initiatives.
  • Prepares various statistical, productivity and trend reports and analyses for quarterly updates, Board meetings and Town Hall, etc.
  • Coordinate the collection of data and progress from Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other team extensions on a quarterly basis.
  • Assists with EDI Comms strategy, ensuring documents are collected, prepared in a timely manner. Coordinate the creation of documentation and ensuring content is uptodate, accessible, and relevant to the organization.
  • Supports of the EDI Specialist, in assisting with ERGs in order to meet their quarterly and annual goals.
  • Support the research, development and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion policies and programs.
  • Assist with special projects, initiatives, reporting and documentation, as required.

Who We're Looking For:


  • 2 years of HR and/or Administrative experience, at minimum.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion including discrimination faced by equity deserving communities.
  • Tact, discretion, good judgement, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and supervision skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse constituencies and communities in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and programming skills, with the ability to resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to be innovative and work without supervision.

The salary range for this position is between $51,700 - $77,500 with a corresponding job level of P1.
