Job summary
The Tech 5 - Transitional Case Worker position is funded by the SWLHIN to assist in the provision of a coordinated, 24/7 'Safe Bed' program in the Huron Perth district. The position will assist with day-to-day needs, resource information, connection and referral for individual clients experiencing crisis situations.
Staff will be expected to work from the Clinton 'Safe Bed' home in this position and participate in the practical running of the home.
