Job Duties:

Working with the Project Managers to review Construction Scopes and scheduling
Execute renovation projects from start to finish
Help the Restoration team on demolition when required
Communicate daily updates to team for customer updates
Sourcing materials and supplies
Organizing and managing all reconstruction tools
Doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction on reconstruction projects

Requirements:

Preference is 23 years work experience in a renovation environment
Good knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction related trades
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients
Ensure worksite is clean and compliant as per safety rules, regulations and company policies
Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, organization, planning and prioritization
Clean driver abstracts with G License
Must be able to provide a criminal check

Compensation will be based on experience, skillset and knowledge.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
