Growing through acquisition and Organic growth, E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers. The region of responsibility will be Southwestern Ontario.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Identify new customers and potential growth opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and needs to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, analyze sales data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and present compelling solutions effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
