Full Time Position SALARY:

WORK SCHEDULE:
37.5 Hours Per Week

BILINGUAL :
YES (Fluent in both French & English)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE ACCOUNTABILITIES

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must be fluent in French and English
Have the ability to pick up new information quickly
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have a positive attitude, patience and understanding, dedication and commitment
Basic knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 and Office suite such as Outlook and Word
Basic knowledge of Android phones
A sense of humor and fun attitude

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

Technical Certifications such as your MCSE, A+
Experience troubleshooting technology
Computer networking skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Level Required:

Minimum Completion of High School
