    Job Description:

    This role involves overseeing laboratory and pilot plant research programs, managing client relationships, coordinating work, and controlling project budgets and invoicing.


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Coordinate work schedules and activities with other team members.
    Understand and address client needs and project objectives.
    Prepare technical and financial project proposals.
    Plan, schedule, and coordinate project execution.
    Communicate regularly with clients and team members.
    Prepare technical reports and manage project budgets.
    Oversee equipment setup and pilot plant projects.
    Conduct risk assessments and technical training.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
    Over 10 years of experience in minerals-related fields.
    Strong project management and leadership skills.
    Experience with financial responsibilities.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in computer and business software.
