We are looking for a customer-focused individual who seeks to deepen relationships and provide an extraordinary experience to clinic patients and the local community.

They have a friendly personality coupled with uplifting energy and a passion to engage with others.


Reporting to the HealthOne General Manager, the Patient Care Ambassador will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival to our business and advocating for health & wellness, and promoting our services.

Aligning to the HealthOne vision, they aspire to change the way Canadians experience healthcare by providing support, health education, and inspiration upon each guest interaction.


Core Accountabilities:


  • Greet all guests in person or over the phone while stationed at the front reception welcome desk
  • Create meaningful connections with every guest interaction to help grow customer loyalty and educate them on health services and products available to them
  • Support the execution of healthrelated programs which are hosted in our hub event space including hosting, organization, setup, teardown, evaluation
  • Responsible for administrative responsibilities at the front desk including scheduling appointments, collecting payment and answering questions, scanning and organizing files and special project work

Qualifications:


  • Must be presently enrolled in a relevant program that requires professional experience to graduate
  • 1+ years of administrative & guest services experience, ideally in the health or retail industry
  • Loves to engage with others in lively conversation and learn about others
  • Impeccable communication skills, a high degree of professionalism and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a reputation for being flexible & hardworking
  • Experience in multitasking, and has strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and can work independently yet thrive in collaboration and teamwork
  • Techsavvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a client marketing software (CRM) and/or service booking software (EMR)
