EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:

Nadi Group is actively seeking a talented, highly motivated, collaborative and teachable
Marketing Coordinator to join our multi-disciplinary team. Our studio has earned a reputation for high-quality design and the delivery of innovative ideas and built projects.

The successful applicant will be working to grow our market share throughout the United States and Canada, via online presence, SEO, social media, direct marketing and trade-show hosting.

This position will report directly to Principals and Directors within the firm.


LOCATION:


REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in graphic design and associated software
• Excellent grammar, vocabulary, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of web design and management methods including Search Engine (keyword) Optimization
• Knowledge of social media management, including Instagram and LinkedIn
• Ability to learn new Marketing skills/software on the job
• Ability to collaborate effectively and think critically about advancing the firm's marketing agenda.
• Basic knowledge of urban design processes (architecture, environmental design, landscape architecture or town planning diploma or degree is an asset)
• Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing (is an asset)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Social Media posting and management (LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Managing and sending out periodic newsletters (via HubSpot or other)
• Graphic design and marketing material production as required (Using the Adobe Suite)
• Search Engine (Keyword) management (Google Analytics and Google Search Console)
• Assisting with corporate marketing strategy development
• Assisting with website development/updates/periodic redesign
• Assisting the director of business development with lead processing
• Assisting with billable projects (design, graphics, and communications as required)
• Photography projects and staff profiles, etc.
• Some travel and hosting marketing booths at trade shows across North America

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Executive Team (CEO, Director of Business Development & Client Relations, and Director of Finance and Operations).

A high level of coordination and collaboration with other Principals/Senior Associates is also expected, including those in other offices.


Pay:
$32,802.46-$58,081.73 per year
