Escape Trailer is looking for
manufacturing experienced individuals to join our growing team.

This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team environment.

You will be involved in casting, cleaning, prepping and assembling the fiberglass shells used to create our high quality and in demand trailers.

Fiberglass experience is an asset, but not a requirement. We are looking for positive-minded individuals who are eager to learn.

As a Fiberglass Technician, your role includes:

  • Collaborating with fellow team members, supervisors, and engineers
  • Casting, cleaning, prepping and assembling fiberglass shells
  • Work independently on assigned projects with time restraints in mind
  • Use various tools such as tape measures, polishers, sanders, etc.
  • Working repairs and spraying gelcoat
  • Following company standard requirements on safety and quality protocols
  • Problem solving with the ability to multitask & prioritize work

Preferred Skills/Requirements:


  • Comfortable wearing a respirator for extended periods
  • Experience in production/manufacturing
  • Able to work in a fastpaced, physically demanding environment
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • High School Diploma
  • Fluent in English
