Job description
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned restaurant on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all employees, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, a passion and energy for developing, supporting, motivating and inspiring your team, safety and security by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Operations Management
- Purchasing and Food Preparation
- Customer Relations
- Labor Control
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from college or university in Hotel/Hospitality Management or equivalent; One to two years' related experience and/or training would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Japanese or Asian restaurant experience would be an asset.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and or holidays.
Salary:
$43,680.00-$68,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
