Quantfury (Canada) is a fintech company that develops and supports one of the world's fastest-growing online trading platforms, with a monthly trading volume in excess of $10 billion dollars.
We are currently in search of a Content Marketing Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a creative and product-focused Content Marketing professional with experience in trading, investments, and finance within the brokerage industry.
This role is essential in scaling Quantfury's content efforts and presents a distinct opportunity to shape our Marketing function and enhance the Quantfury brand.
As a member of the team for an industry-changing company in the trading - brokerage space, you have the opportunity to change the way consumers view and experience finance, trading and investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate an engaged community around Quantfury and strengthen brand awareness
- Work closely with various teams to align marketing and product roadmaps, including: Product, Brand Design, Communications, Marketing
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners (videographers, graphic designers, social media managers, etc.) to plan and develop engaging multimedia content
- Contribute heavily to the crafting of our Brand story, positioning, and value props
- Ideate on creative ways to distribute and communicate this brand story amongst our target audience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience
- 2+ years of experience in finance, investments or trading companies
- You are an exceptional writer and communicator. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics concisely, across all mediums.
- You are a strong storyteller and craft engaging narratives. You understand how to organize information in a manner that is compelling to your audience
- You have a passion for content creation, and can understand nuances across audiences and tailoring content for a variety of internal and external channels (across both digital and traditional media) and audience
- You are extremely detail oriented, and highly organized you are able to manage multiple initiatives and maintain a high craft bar to deliver them all
- You effectively collaborate cross functionally with partners across the company including Product, Brand Design, Communications, Marketing, Influencer Marketing
- You think big picture strategic, and can create a shared understanding of how things together towards a larger goal
- You want to build and grow an industrychanging Brand
- You have a bias towards action you're motivated to build and create
- Pastexperience developing style guides is a plus
- You have experience with producing content for and running owned channels (social media, YouTube, etc.)
