Description

Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples from patients
Label and properly store blood samples for laboratory testing
Follow established protocols and safety procedures during phlebotomy procedures
Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort during the phlebotomy process
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper specimen collection and handling
Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines

Skills:

Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and procedures
Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate sample collection and labeling
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with hospital or clinical settings
